How long does my order take to ship?

My turn around time for any piece of jewelry is 6-8 weeks. I realize to some; this may be a long wait time. However- all jewelry is made from start to finish once you pay for your order. Including the creation of the ring itself. Also, perfection takes time. :)

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, I do offer international shipping. Shipping fees do apply.

What is your return policy? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on jewelry. If there is an issue with your jewelry, or you are not satisfied with your piece. Please email Capturekeepsakes@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and a picture of the jewelry with a description of what is wrong with the piece of jewelry. I will do my best do accommodate any issues or concerns!
